ADVENT // CHRISTMAS TOUR DETAILS

Join Aly Aleigha & her band for an elegant yuletide Concert to help prepare our hearts for Christmas! Be serenaded by familiar Christmas favorites with a classy indie-folk twist, along with some of Aly Aleigha’s original music inspired by her faith & adventures. This event will leave everyone with that special feeling of Christmas cheer, as well as help prepare our hearts for Christmas.

Optional time of Advent Adoration following the concert: a mix of silence & worship music within Eucharistic Adoration!

WHAT: Christmas Concert with optional Advent Adoration to follow.

WHEN: December 2026. Fill out the form at the bottom of this page to inquire about the dates available.

WHO: This event is open to all ages! Perfect for a date night or for the whole family to enjoy together!

Event Length (with Adoration):

• 5 min Welcome by someone on your team

• 1.5 hr Concert

• Quick break (10-15 min) to transition into Adoration

• 30 min Adoration with mix of worship music & silence

• Optional social to follow with appetizers & beverages (organized by Client)

Event Length (Concert Only, No Adoration):

• Same timeline as above with the following changes:

• 4:30pm - Optional Elegant Dinner Buffet, Drinks, etc. (organized by Client)

• 4pm - Band Dinner

• 5 min Welcome by someone on your team

• 1.5-2 hr Concert with approx. 15-20 min Intermission

EVENT TIMELINE (with Adoration):

• Ideally Load-in & begin setup the night before

• 9:30am - Setup (cont.) / Sound Check

• 4:30pm - Dinner Meeting for band / event team

• 5:30pm - Doors Open

• 6pm - Christmas Concert (1.5 hrs)

• 7:30pm - Intermission (10-15 min) to transition into Adoration

• 7:45pm - Advent Adoration begins (30 min)

• 8:20pm - Benediction

• 8:30pm - Event ends (followed by Optional Social with appetizers & beverages provided by client)

COST: $2,650.00 + food, lodging, & mileage.
(EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT $2,550.00)
(50% deposit upon booking, 50% after event)

Includes Aly Aleigha’s band, audio engineer, sound system, & visuals.

IDEAS TO HELP MITIGATE COSTS:

VENUE IDEAS:

• Host the event in your church or school auditorium! Perfect for transitioning into Adoration after the Concert. A nice option is to have a social following Adoration with appetizers, beverages, etc.

• Feeling classy? Host the concert at a local Event Center with appetizers & cocktails. (This option would not include Adoration)

Please note this pricing is for a one-day event. If you would like to expand your event over multiple days by separating the Advent Adoration and Christmas Concert on two different evenings or include music for Mass etc, the cost will increase.

FREE MARKETING MATERIALS:

• We will provide some marketing materials (a custom facebook event page with your accounts as co-host so you can post/invite as well, along with social media reels, flyers, etc).

• We will also advertise your event on our own social media and Spotify, etc.
