Aly Aleigha’s enthusiastic presentations on the Catholic Faith are both insightful and engaging. She received her Bachelors of Arts degree from Franciscan University in 2015, double-majoring in Theology and Catechetics with a concentration in Youth Ministry. Aly has captivated people of all ages in her presentations--engaging Middle School children, High Schoolers, College Campus ministry and Adult audiences in her presentations on the faith. Aly often incorporates music into her talks or pairs her speaking with worship music for Christian events.
BIO
Aly Aleigha is an Indie-Folk Singer/Songwriter, Worship Leader & Catholic Speaker living in Duluth, MN. A 2015 graduate of Franciscan University of Steubenville, OH, Aly’s studies in Theology & Catechetics contribute greatly to both her songwriting and her heart for ministry. At a young age Aly felt a fire in her heart to learn and share profound truths of the Church. In 2012 Aly was blessed to travel to the Holy Land for the first time, which made the scriptures come alive like never before, and she believes it is there that God gave her the call to use music to glorify Him. Since then she has become a returning worship leader for Jeff Cavins pilgrimages to the Holy Land and for events led by Father Mike Schmitz. After graduating from Franciscan in 2015, in addition to working simultaneously in Middle School youth ministry at the Duluth Cathedral and College Campus Ministry with Fr. Mike, Aly recorded two albums of original music and began her career as a touring artist and worship leader. Within her original concerts, she teaches from her scripture-inspired lyrics and shares how the Lord worked in her life.
In summer of 2017 as recognition of her craft began to grow, Aly felt called to move into Music & Speaking full time. Since then, while continuing to create new music, she and her band have traveled all over the country. Aly’s music has taken her and the band to places as far as Alaska and even Israel, sharing her gifts and encouraging others to share their own.
Aly’s mission with her music and speaking ministry is to convey deep-rooted truths of the human heart in profound and beautiful ways, to be a voice for those who have been left speechless by either blinding despair or by the greatest joys in life, to bind up the brokenhearted, comfort those who mourn and bring hope to all.
